Abis Circuits Co., Ltd is a professional PCB manufacturer which was established on Oct, 2006 and focus on single side, double side, Multilayer and HDI PCB mass production.
We have two factories together, the factory in Shenzhen is specialized in small and middle volume orders and the factory in Huizhou is for big volume and HDI.
To deliver real value and convenience to our PCB fabrication clients, we expand our business to components sourcing and turnkey PCB assembly services ranging from the prototype, low-to-middle volume to high volume up to 1 million pcs. We can mount components on circuit boards using surface mount technology (SMT),through-hole technology (THT), and manual insertion.
Our state of art manufacturing facilities are environment controlled and meeting class 8 & 9 clean room specifications with latest 10 SMT lines with a cumulative capacity of 1.5 Million Components per hour and deliver 100% tested and validated assembled boards to our OEMs.

. Main Suppliers(FR4): Kingboard (Hong Kong), NanYa (Taiwan), and Shengyi (China).
Q5: Will my PCB files be checked?
. Checked within 12 hours. Once Engineer's question and working file be approved, production will start.
Q6: What do you require in order to produce an assembly quotation?
. Bill of materials (BOM) detailing:
a), manufacturers parts numbers,
b), components suppliers' parts number (e.g. Digi-key, Mouser, RS )
